Your Role:

As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth while leading and developing a high-performing sales team.

You will:

• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to exceed performance targets.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Novatech’s customer base in Jackson, TN.
• Build lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Actively prospect and engage with potential customers through cold calling and lead follow-up.
• Provide hands-on coaching to sales representatives to help them achieve their full potential.
• Monitor market trends and competition to maintain a competitive edge.
• Report on sales performance, forecasts, and growth opportunities to leadership.

What You Bring to Novatech:

• A proven track record in sales, with at least two years of leadership experience.
• A strong ability to coach and develop a successful sales team.
• Excellent business acumen and an ability to strategize and close deals.
• A relationship-driven approach to sales and client engagement.
• A bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Residence in Jackson, TN is required.
