MMI is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to join our rapidly growing, talented team.

Role and main responsibilities:

  • Manage compensation analytics including but not limited to monthly draws, quarterly comp calculations, statement creation and execution, quota report out, sales awards tracking, legal documentation
  • Present actionable information and insights to team members and management
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross functional team members and customers
  • Analyse and report on sales performance, through analysis of financial and business data.
  • Develop an effective reorder strategy for inventory management
  • Assist in the development, implementation and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead the development of workflow automation and cross functional collaboration.
  • Review business processes and provide continuous improvement recommendations to management.
  • Support Sales Dept meetings, communications, and key activities:
  • Prepare for Quarterly Business Review with customers by developing standard template and process to report on financial and business data.
  • Assist in Performance Management planning & execution tracking for sales department employees
  • Support central customer requests, such as business continuity planning and capability presentations

Required/preferred background and experience:

  • At minimum 5 years working in a sales environment with health care industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business marketing, sales, accounting or finance
  • Highly proficient in use of software, such as MS Office, Smartsheet, Salesforce, SharePoint and ERP system (NetSuite preferred).
  • Proficient knowledge of Program Management tools, including Gantt charts, ERP, Database management
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytic skills
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • High level of organization and detail-orientation
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
  • Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet commitments with and through others.
