ONSITE Sr. Cisco Juniper Datacenter Network Engineers & Administrators (JNCIE, JNCIP, JNCIS, or JNSS) in Cape Canaveral, FL

***MUST have an active Secret (or higher) DoD security clearance***

Any current or expired Juniper certs: JNCIE, JNCIP, JNCIS, JNSS, JNCIA, etc.

• Competitive W2 pay (DOE)

• 12 mos+ project

PROJECT SCOPE:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining our complex IP network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
• Strong understanding of Juniper Datacenter technologies, routing protocols, network security
• Design, implement, and maintain a secure and highly available IP network infrastructure.
• Provide Tier III support and troubleshooting for complex network issues.
• Conduct network performance monitoring and analysis to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance (required)
• MSCS/BSCS or related 4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of Juniper Network Engineer or Administrator experience
• 7+ years expertise with designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale Juniper routing and switching platforms (e.g., MX, PTX, EX ) for Datacenter
• Strong understanding of routing protocols ( BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VxLAN )
• Experience with network security technologies (firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPN)
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools
• Current or expired Juniper certifications (required): JNCIP or higher (e.g., JNCIE, JNCIS, JNSS) - specific certifications can be specified based on the role's needs (e.g., Security, Enterprise, Service Provider )
