Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Oversight:

  • Work with multiple software platforms and vendors to manage inventory flow across global channels, ensuring real-time accuracy and zero stockouts.
  • Forecasting and ordering (including vendor management) 

Platform Integration:

  • Manage and optimize our Shopify store operations and sync with other online marketplaces (Amazon, international retailers, etc.), ensuring smooth order processing and fulfillment.
  • Vendor & Supply Chain Management:
  • Liaise with a wide network of vendors and suppliers. Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and ensure all contractual obligations are met while optimizing costs.

Packaging & Branding Compliance:

  • Ensure all inventory orders reflect the most up-to-date branding and packaging requirements. Coordinate with branding and design teams to prevent outdated inventory and reduce waste.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with the marketing, creative, and product development teams to align operational processes with product launches and rebrands.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use data to forecast product demand, identify inventory trends, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Marketplace Operations:

  • Support listings, fulfillment, and compliance on global e-commerce platforms to maintain 7E’s high standard of customer experience.
  • Shipping Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Collaborate closely with the shipping and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate, damage-free, and on-time delivery of products.
  • Identify and implement packaging solutions and materials to minimize in-transit damage and support continuous improvement of shipping processes.
  • Monitor outbound shipments for quality control and escalate any deviations from standards to reduce return rates and customer complaints.

Product Feedback & Development Support

  • Act as a key liaison between warehouse operations, customer service, and product development teams to identify recurring product handling issues or packaging deficiencies.
  • Analyze product returns and complaints from a logistics perspective to provide actionable feedback for product improvements.
  • Support product development initiatives by testing and providing feedback on packaging prototypes or updated product designs to ensure compatibility with warehouse and shipping workflows.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of supply chain experience
  • 4+ years of operations experience in e-commerce, preferably in beauty, wellness, or CPG
  • Proficiency with Shopify and other inventory management or ERP tools
  • Experience working with multiple vendors and marketplaces globally
  • Strong negotiation skills—you know how to secure the best terms without compromising quality
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Deep attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of packaging, labeling, and branding lifecycle for physical products
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-scaling startup environment
