Job Description

A leader in the pharmaceuticals industry is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. Reporting directly to the Site Director and part of the Site Leadership Team, you will manage all aspects of the supply chain, including planning, warehousing, and customer service. This role focuses on ensuring high service levels by balancing market demand, operational capacity, inventory control, and costs in a pharmaceutical setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team while embodying company values and leadership practices.
  • Support Global S&OP processes at the site level, analyzing demand variations and capacity constraints.
  • Develop strategies aligned with regional and site-specific supply chain objectives.
  • Optimize efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives while minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, and FDA regulations across all supply chain activities.
  • Manage inventory levels effectively and plan raw materials requirements to meet operational needs.
  • Utilize ERP systems for requisitions, stock control, and material planning.
  • Coordinate product launches and changes while maintaining service excellence for internal and external customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Production Management, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain role within a similar environment.
  • Experience working in pharmaceuticals or GMP-compliant setting

  • Supply & Demand Management: Expertise in interpreting forecasts and managing inventory levels effectively.
  • S&OP Knowledge: Understanding of Sales & Operations Planning processes to align production with market demand.
  • ERP Proficiency: Experience with systems like SAP, Oracle, or Sage for efficient operations management.
  • Communication & Decision-Making: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and assure effective decision-making.
