Title: Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Facility: BayCare Systems Office (Hybrid)

This position is primarily remote but will attend hiring events as well as in-person team and hiring manager meetings throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruiting exempt and non-exempt administrative, technical, clerical, professional and clinical positions for assigned departments throughout BayCare Health System.
• Works in collaboration with assigned hiring managers to perform full life cycle recruitment functions.
• Participates as part of the Talent Acquisition team to provide quality staffing.
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the Human Resources industry.

Experience & Education:

• Required - Bachelor's degree and 2 years professional recruiting experience or proven track record as a BayCare Talent Acquisition Recruiter Associate competent to take on full cycle recruitment.
• Or - 8 years' of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED

Certification:

• Required - Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) certification within 12 months of employment

Location: Clearwater, FL

Status: Full Time, Exempt

Shift Hours: 7:30AM - 4:00PM
