About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bilingual (Spanish) Talent Acquisition Specialist / Headhunter to join our White Collar Recruitment Division. In this dynamic position, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process—sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier professionals in administrative, corporate, and support roles across various industries.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute the full recruitment life cycle: intake, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, placement, and follow-up.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of white-collar professionals across fields like HR, finance, customer service, marketing, and operations.
  • Source candidates creatively using job boards, databases, referrals, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Conduct resume reviews and in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and manage interview logistics and feedback.
  • Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems and meet monthly recruitment goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in professional or white-collar staffing.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English — able to communicate effectively with candidates and clients in both languages.
  • Strong knowledge of professional role requirements across multiple industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding placement and revenue targets.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and client-service skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to manage multiple open roles at once.

Preferred But Not Required

  • Prior experience in a staffing agency or fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Familiarity with employment law and recruitment compliance.
  • Background in sales, business development, or account management.
