Job Description

We are currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator for our client located in Woodland, CA.

  • Duration: Temporary (2-3 month assignment)
  • Pay: $27.00-$30.00/hour
  • This position is full-time, onsite

*Construction industry experience required!


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a liaison to the clients, communicates on a regular basis, answers questions and provides customer service.
  • Assists in coordinating the efforts of all entities involved in construction projects from design to closeout
  • Maintains master construction files for each project, including agreements, contracts, drawings, logs, and insurance certificates.
  • Manages timecards for general laborers.
  • Works with contracted personnel including labor compliance officers, inspectors, and other staff involved in construction projects.
  • Assists with progress updates and informational notices.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of project reporting systems.
  • Performs tasks using software related to budgeting and scheduling, including databases, automated accounting systems, spreadsheets and word processing.
  • Perform additional assignments and duties as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • A minimum of 1-3+ years' of prior administrative experience.
  • Construction industry experience required.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-orientation and communication.
Desired Skills and Experience

- A High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- A minimum of 1-3+ years' of Administrative or Project Coordination experience within a Construction or Engineering field
- Working knowledge or expertise within a construction-related field
- High attention to detail and focus
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
