My client is seeking a Test Manager to lead and mentor a team of engineers while overseeing integration and testing activities for advanced systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor test engineers, providing performance feedback and guidance.
• Oversee integration and testing of hardware systems, ensuring compliance with test engineering standards.
• Write, review, and implement test plans and procedures for system verification and validation.
• Utilize testing equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers) to troubleshoot and validate hardware.
• Develop and refine test scripts using languages such as MATLAB, Ruby, and Python.
• Maintain labs, ensure equipment calibration, and manage test engineering logs and records.
• Foster a collaborative work environment across teams and departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in test engineering, with a track record of managing teams.
• Proficiency in hardware testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with manual and automated test procedures, including systems like COSMOS or PRIDE.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as MATLAB, Ruby, or Python.
• Ability to work autonomously while fostering innovation and team growth.
