Job Description

Leading General Contractor specializing in complex manufacturing builds looking for experienced Superintendents to lea d projects for : light manufacturing, aerospace components, fabricated metals, and automotive/EV facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily site operations, managing subcontractors and crews
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with strict manufacturing standards
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Solve on-site challenges and maintain seamless communication with the project team
• Manage logistics, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth execution

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 3+ years as a Superintendent on manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive/EV facility projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, production line installations, and heavy equipment integration
• Proven leadership with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

BASE PAY: $90,000-$180,000+

• Per Diem/Vehicle or Allowance
• Travel Housing Paid For
• Insurance (Medical/Vision/Dental)
• Bonus
• PTO
