Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our warehouse by assisting with inventory management, order fulfillment, and general warehouse maintenance. This role requires strong attention to detail, a good work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.

• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock management.

• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training will be provided).

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.

• Assist with labeling, sorting, and organizing inventory.

• Ensure that products are stored in the correct locations to prevent damage or loss.

• Communicate effectively with other warehouse team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.

• Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior warehouse or distribution experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to lift up to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

• Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification (if applicable).

• Safety-conscious attitude and willingness to adhere to company safety standards.
