• 100% On-Site
• 40 hours a week, Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Contract Duration: (6-Month Contract Possibility of Extension / Conversion)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team for a 6-month contract role. In this position, you will work under limited supervision to coordinate operations through effective interaction with operations management. You will play a key role in overseeing activities for various areas, including Inbound, Outbound, and Kitting, ensuring efficient operations and smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE):
• Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.
• Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard.
• Comply with all HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Promote a culture of interdependence by looking out for one another.
• Correct hazards within your control and capabilities.
• Lead HSE training and actively engage the workforce on safety initiatives.
• Recognize how your work impacts the environment and minimize negative effects.
• Quality:
• Follow all applicable standard work, work instructions, and established quality procedures.
• Report and address issues that could lead to cost and quality exposures.
• Perform quality checks for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices.
• Identify and control non-conforming materials.
• Delivery:
• Receive, sort, label, package, and store incoming goods.
• Arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
• Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship products according to customer expectations.
• Demonstrate high competency in core work skills.
• Meet required cycle times or defined engineering standards.
• Teamwork:
• Communicate effectively with your team and all support teams.
• Ensure training completion as required by business needs.
• Seek opportunities for process improvement, safety enhancements, and employee development.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks are completed.
• Perform other duties as required to meet business objectives.
• Work closely with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain equipment and address repair needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• At least 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Proven experience with Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV).
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Additional Information:

• This is a 100% on-site role based in Henderson, CO.
• The position is a contract role with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time depending on performance and business needs.
