About the Role:
working with Workday, Excel, Case Management Systems, and Smartsheets. You will collaborate with a remote/global team and handle incoming Tier 2 cases, audits (daily, weekly, and monthly), and support termination, legal requests, post-placement changes, and reporting requests.
