Founding Engineer

We’re seeking a Founding Engineer to help shape the future of a fast-moving startup at the intersection of engineering, product, and growth. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll wear multiple hats, move quickly, and contribute meaningfully across the stack from day one.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who thrives on momentum—someone who relentlessly pursues product excellence, user value, and technical innovation. You’ll help drive key product decisions and shape early user experiences in a fast-paced, experimental environment.

• Strong engineering fundamentals and a rigorous CS degree
• Deep drive to learn quickly and figure things out on the fly
• Proven creative problem-solver with a track record of resourceful execution
• Comfortable using AI tools to work faster, smarter, and more creatively
• Intense ambition and drive to be world-class at whatever you do

Bonus Points For

• Experience building consumer-facing products, especially in social, gaming, or AI-related spaces
• A growth mindset, with a focus on rapid experimentation and metrics-driven iteration
• Prior startup or entrepreneurial experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and ship features using React; work closely with users to understand their needs and inform product direction
• Tackle growth engineering problems, including funnel optimization and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) analysis
• Contribute to marketing-tech initiatives by evaluating channel performance and identifying areas for experimentation
• Prototype new interactive experiences for virtual personas—such as enabling users to interact with AI on screen share in playful or novel ways

Experience Level

1–6 years of software engineering experience
